We will not tolerate our mail servers being used to spread junk mail and this is part of our Acceptable Use Policy which all users agree to when they open an account with us; we take breaches of our AUP very seriously.

If you have received UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL (sometimes called "junk mail" or "SPAM") from a user within the I Live In Lanzarote domain space please forward a copy of it to admin@iliveinlanzarote.com with your contact details in case we need to get in touch with you.

We will investigate and, if necessary, suspend the users account immediately.
